Let’s talk about Whole 30… I went over Whole 30 a little bit during my last post, “Detoxing your body after chemo.”
During and after Chemo or just your regular life you may feel fatigue, headaches, poor memory, sore muscle and/or your immune system is SHOT!!! Whole 30 is for you… It’s a great detox for your body, and a way to “Slay the Sugar Dragon.”
I knew I wanted to do a detox after I finished chemo to flush all the toxins out of my body. Whole 30 lasted 30 days, and I never felt better after I finished it. I’m not going to say it was easy because, I LOVE SWEETS!!!
It will help you sleep better, have more energy, eat more veggies and fruit, your skin will look GREAT, your hair will be more shiny and your tummy will be flatter. Who doesn’t want that???

This is my family’s 2nd time to do Whole 30, but to be honest when I talked about doing Whole 30 again Todd, was not jumping for joy. Unfortunately for him, we have a saying ” If your a bird, I’m a bird” so he is a bird now. LOL, Once we started he was on board. He is doing really well, and even talks about how good he feels!!!
